Conditions of participation for the use of our messenger services:
As of October 2019, we use WhatsApp Business and Threema Work. Users can then reach the team of Elternguide.online via WhatsApp and Threema.
The user’s mobile phone number is stored in the process. This data is stored only for the delivery of the messages and the maintenance of the conversation. They will not be disclosed or otherwise processed unless FSM is required to do so by law.

To use the contact via Messenger WhatsApp or Threema, you must have the respective app installed on your smartphone and have saved our number +49 176 55 05 06 99 in the phone book of your cell phone. For the first contact please write a message with your question to +49 176 55 05 06 99. Thereby you confirm the acceptance of the conditions of participation.
We delete your data after one month of inactivity of your phone number. You can revoke your consent to data processing, in which case we will no longer be able to answer your questions. You can have your data deleted by notifying us of the deletion request via Messenger.
You can send your questions to us by written message or voice message. Calls are not answered.
You will receive answers from the editorial office during normal business hours, i.e. not on weekends, holidays, at night.
